Terms of Use

This is an English summary provided for convenience. The Turkish text of this document is the binding version and prevails in case of any difference.

1. Scope and account

These terms govern use of the PlotPDFPro conversion service operated by the configured legal entity. An authenticated account is required. Sign-in runs through an external identity provider, so we never see or store your password; you are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The service

PlotPDFPro converts uploaded technical drawings to PDF or PDF/A-2b using prepaid conversion credits. Each successfully completed conversion uses one credit; a failed conversion consumes none.

3. Rights in your content

Your drawings and their outputs remain yours. We hold only the limited rights needed to perform the conversion, deliver the result, and secure the service. You confirm you hold the rights required to upload each file.

4. Availability and results

We aim to provide the service continuously, but maintenance, updates and infrastructure faults can cause temporary interruptions; conversions that cannot complete consume no credit. Please check each output for fitness for your own purpose before relying on it.

5. Liability

We are liable for faults attributable to us to the extent the law provides. Rights arising from Turkish consumer legislation, and liability for intent or gross fault, cannot be limited and nothing here should be read as attempting to do so.

6. Changes, termination, and disputes

Material changes are notified by email before taking effect, and credits already purchased stay governed by the terms in force at purchase. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated policy breaches, refunding unused credits so far as law permits. Turkish law applies, and consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts according to the thresholds in force.
