Privacy Policy

This is an English summary provided for convenience. The Turkish text of this document is the binding version and prevails in case of any difference.

1. Who is responsible

The configured PlotPDFPro legal entity is the data controller. You can reach us at support@plotpdfpro.com or at our registered address.

2. Your drawings stay yours

Uploaded drawings and the PDFs produced from them belong to you. We process them only to perform the conversion you requested and to deliver the result. They are never used to train AI models, sold to third parties, or shared for marketing.

3. What we process

Account name and email from your identity provider, your uploaded drawings and produced PDFs, conversion job metadata, credit and purchase records, security logs, and support correspondence. We never receive your password, and card details go directly to the bank without passing through us.

4. How long files are kept

Uploaded drawings and generated PDFs are deleted automatically 7 days after they are created. Other records follow the published retention policy.

5. Service providers and transfers abroad

Data is shared only with the categories of provider needed to run the service: authentication providers, cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, network security and backup providers, email and communication providers, and banks and payment institutions. Personal data may be transferred to service providers and suppliers established abroad for the purpose of providing and operating the service, within the conditions laid down in Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Transfers abroad are based on the appropriate safeguards and transfer mechanisms provided for in the applicable legislation.

6. Security and your rights

Traffic is encrypted, download links are short-lived and account-specific, and backups are stored encrypted. You may request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing by writing to the support address; a personal-data breach is notified as Turkish law requires.

7. Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 is enabled only after explicit analytics consent to measure product usage and campaign conversions. Necessary cookies remain independent, consent may be refused or withdrawn, and the service continues without analytics. Analytics events exclude names, email addresses, account or authentication identifiers, drawing contents, tokens, and card data.
