Preliminary Information Form

1. Seller

The seller is the configured PlotPDFPro legal entity, whose title, address, telephone, email and tax details are shown on this page in the binding Turkish version.

2. The service

PlotPDFPro converts technical drawing files (PLT) into printable PDF or archival PDF/A-2b, entirely digitally. What you buy is prepaid conversion credit; each successful conversion uses one credit. There is no physical shipment.

3. Price and payment

1 Kredi (1 credits): 250 TL · 5 Kredi (5 credits): 1.000 TL · 10 Kredi (10 credits): 1.750 TL. Prices are in Turkish lira with 20% VAT included and no additional charges. Payment is by card through the bank's virtual POS, and card details are not stored by PlotPDFPro.

4. Withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without reason or penalty, by written notice to support@plotpdfpro.com. The refundable amount is returned within 14 days at no cost to you. Unused credits are refundable; credits consumed by successfully completed conversions are not, and partly used packages are refunded proportionally.

5. Complaints

Send requests and complaints to support@plotpdfpro.com. You may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts according to the thresholds in force on the application date.
