KVKK Privacy Notice — PlotPDFPro

1. Notice under Turkish Law No. 6698

This notice is given under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). The data controller is the configured PlotPDFPro legal entity; applications may be sent to support@plotpdfpro.com or to the registered address.

2. Categories processed

Identity and contact data, authentication identifiers, uploaded drawings and produced PDFs, conversion job metadata, credit and commercial records, security logs, and support correspondence. No special-category data is collected, and no automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed to create and authenticate your account, perform the conversion service, manage credits and payments, answer support requests, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations. The grounds relied on are necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interest.

4. Transfers, including abroad

Data is shared only with the categories of recipient needed to run the service — authentication providers, cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, network security and backup providers, email and communication providers, and banks and payment institutions — and with public authorities only where law requires. Personal data may be transferred to service providers and suppliers established abroad for the purpose of providing and operating the service, within the conditions laid down in Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Transfers abroad are based on the appropriate safeguards and transfer mechanisms provided for in the applicable legislation. You may request current information about the scope and basis of these transfers from the application address.

5. Retention

Uploaded drawings and produced PDFs are deleted after 7 days. Other periods are set out in the retention policy.

6. Your rights under Article 11

You may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that such action be notified to recipients, object to adverse results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Applications are answered within thirty days under Article 13, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
