Which files can I upload on the website?

PlotPDFPro Web accepts PLT files only. DWG and DXF drawings use the separate AutoCAD add-in workflow and cannot be uploaded here.

Why is the PDF scale-faithful?

The drawing remains vector data. PlotPDFPro reads the source page size, scale, geometry, and line weights without turning the drawing into an image.

What is the upload limit?

The maximum size for one drawing is 500 MB.

What happens if conversion fails?

The reserved credit is returned. When a retry is safe, the product offers it without charging twice.

How long are files retained?

Each uploaded drawing and generated PDF is retained for seven days. The history record remains after the files expire.

Can I download a PDF again?

Yes, while the file is still within its retention period. Repeat downloads do not use another credit.
