Distance Service Agreement
This is an English summary provided for convenience. The Turkish text of this document is the binding version and prevails in case of any difference.
1. Parties and subject
This agreement covers the distance purchase of prepaid PlotPDFPro conversion credit packages by the signed-in customer from the configured seller. Credits give the right to use a digital conversion service; there is no physical delivery.
2. Price, currency, and tax
1 Kredi (1 credits): 250 TL · 5 Kredi (5 credits): 1.000 TL · 10 Kredi (10 credits): 1.750 TL. Prices are in Turkish lira and 20% VAT is included; the amount shown is the total payable, with no additional charge.
3. Payment and performance
Payment is taken by card through the bank's virtual POS; card details are not stored by PlotPDFPro. Once payment is verified, credits are added to your account and are immediately usable. The conversion service is performed when you start a conversion yourself; each successful conversion uses one credit, and a failed conversion uses none.
4. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day it is concluded, without giving any reason and without penalty. A clear written notice to support@plotpdfpro.com is sufficient; no particular form is required. The refundable amount is returned to the payment instrument used, within 14 days of the notice reaching us, at no cost to you.
5. Scope of withdrawal
Buying a package does not by itself remove the withdrawal right: unused credits remain within it. Credits consumed by a conversion you started and that completed successfully are outside it, as a service performed immediately by electronic means with your consent. If part of a package has been used, the refund is the per-credit price multiplied by the number of unused credits, with no deduction or penalty. Failed conversions consume no credit and do not count as used.
6. Governing law and disputes
Turkish law applies. Depending on the amount in dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts; the monetary thresholds are revised annually and those in force on the application date apply.
