1. Necessary cookies

PlotPDFPro sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a short-lived handshake cookie that secures the sign-in flow, a culture cookie that remembers your interface language, an antiforgery cookie that protects form submissions, and a preference cookie that remembers your analytics choice. These remain independent of optional analytics. After a consented genuine new registration, a short-lived, non-personal sign-up marker is deleted as soon as the one permitted sign-up event is emitted.

2. Browser storage

Your light/dark theme preference and the state of a conversion job in progress are kept in your browser so a page refresh does not lose them; neither is used for analytics. After analytics consent, existing campaign click identifiers may also be held temporarily in session storage and attached to the checkout created by you for conversion measurement. No name, email address, or account identifier is added to that record.

3. Optional Google Analytics 4

Analytics is off by default. Before explicit opt-in, no Google tag is loaded, no GA4 configuration or event runs, and no Google analytics cookie is created. If you select Accept analytics, GA4 may use browser and session identifiers and existing campaign click identifiers to measure product usage, sign-up, and purchase conversions. Analytics events contain no name, email, account/authentication identifier, drawing content, token, or card data.

4. Controls

You may choose Necessary only, accept analytics, or later withdraw analytics through Cookie preferences. Refusal or withdrawal does not block registration, checkout, purchase, or conversion; it stops future analytics collection under the implemented Basic Consent behavior. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking necessary session and security cookies will prevent sign-in and use of the conversion service.
