Acceptable Use Policy

This is an English summary provided for convenience. The Turkish text of this document is the binding version and prevails in case of any difference.

1. Permitted use

Use PlotPDFPro to convert technical drawings you own or are authorized to process, to PDF or PDF/A-2b.

2. Prohibited content

Do not upload unlawful content, material infringing third-party intellectual property, confidential or trade-secret documents you are not authorized to handle, or files containing malware.

3. Prohibited conduct

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, authentication or the credit mechanism; share or transfer account credentials; send automated requests at a volume that disrupts the service; probe or attack the infrastructure; or reverse-engineer or resell the service without permission.

4. Fair use and enforcement

Conversion capacity is shared, so unusual load that clearly blocks other customers may be rate-limited temporarily. Breaches may lead to a warning, suspension of the job, or suspension of the account; for serious or repeated breaches the account may be closed, with unused credits refunded so far as law permits.
